Installation
How do I install the SoftPura shower filter?
Installation takes under 5 minutes and requires no tools. Simply unscrew your existing shower head, attach the SoftPura filter to the pipe, then reattach your shower head onto the filter. A full step-by-step guide is available on our Installation Manual page.
Is the filter compatible with my shower?
SoftPura filters use a standard G1/2 inch thread, which fits the vast majority of showers worldwide. If you're unsure, check your existing shower head connection.

How long does the filter last?
Each filter cartridge lasts approximately 3–4 months depending on water hardness and usage. We recommend replacing it every 90 days for optimal performance.
What does the filter remove?
SoftPura uses activated carbon and Vitamin C filtration to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and limescale, helping to improve water feel for skin and hair.
Does it affect water pressure?
No. The SoftPura filter is designed to maintain full water pressure while filtering.
