1. Company Information
This website is operated by SoftPura. When we refer to "SoftPura", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms, we mean the company operating softpura.com.

2. Products
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate and complete, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product you order becomes unavailable, we will notify you and either offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct. In the unlikely event that an error occurs and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund, or
- Contact you to offer the product at the correct price
We are not obliged to honour orders placed at an incorrectly listed price.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. A legally binding contract between you and SoftPura is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A product is no longer available
- A pricing or product description error has occurred
- We are unable to verify payment or the order appears fraudulent
- The order does not comply with these Terms
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided as a guide only — they are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control such as postal delays or extreme weather. SoftPura is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@softpura.com and we will investigate promptly.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Customers)
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us at hello@softpura.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the following template:
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, at your own cost, unless we have agreed otherwise. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return dispatch, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may deduct from the refund if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened, used, or that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
8. Returns & Refunds
Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email us at hello@softpura.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product back to us securely. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or damaged products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been opened, installed, or used
- Filter cartridges that have been removed from their packaging
9. Warranty
Our products are sold with the statutory legal guarantee of conformity as required by EU consumer law. This means that products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a product does not conform to these requirements within two years of purchase, you have the right to request repair, replacement, or a refund.
Our products are designed for normal domestic use only. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, failure to follow the installation instructions, or use in commercial environments is not covered by warranty.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoftPura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
SoftPura products are designed to improve the feel of water for skin and hair. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and product designs — is the property of SoftPura or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
