Every SoftPura order ships from Lithuania. Here's what to expect.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world (selected countries): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU include applicable taxes. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
